• Lead a team of project managers and coordinators through the rollout of banking service programs.
• Partner with senior leadership to define program goals and success metrics.
• Implement best practices for operational excellence in service delivery.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure seamless execution across functions.
• Identify and drive process improvements to enhance service performance.
• Track program performance and present data-driven reports to stakeholders.
• Champion change management for new tools and processes.
• Ensure high-quality communication and customer experience throughout project delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Operations Management, Project Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
• PMP certification.
• 7+ years of experience in program/project management.
• Strong P&L management skills.
• Proven success in leading large-scale customer programs.
• Understanding of installation, deinstallations, and workforce management.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation.
• Familiarity with project/program management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.).
• Lean Six Sigma or related certification is a plus.
