Technical Project Manager – Agency Client-Facing (Web, Product & Digital Systems)

We are a premium digital studio working with SaaS, deep-tech, biotech and complex B2B companies. We design and build digital systems: branding, product UX/UI, Webflow and Next.js websites, and interactive 3D experiences. We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who is confident leading client calls, translating technical discussions into clear scopes, and coordinating designers and developers internally.

This is not an administrative PM role. This is a client-facing, strategic delivery role. You will work directly with the Founder and gradually take ownership of discovery calls, follow-ups, scoping conversations, and project coordination.

What you’ll be responsible for

– Leading discovery calls with EU and US-based clients

– Translating client needs into structured scopes and action plans

– Identifying scope creep and managing expectations early

– Supporting technical conversations (Webflow, CMS, frontend, integrations)

– Acting as the bridge between strategy and execution

– Ensuring smooth handoff, QA alignment, and final delivery

We’re looking for someone who

– Has 4+ years of experience in digital agencies or product teams

– Has strong English (spoken and written)

– Is confident speaking with founders and technical teams

– Understands web development basics (Webflow, frontend, CMS logic)

– Has strong soft skills and executive presence

– Is proactive and solution-oriented

Bonus if you have worked with SaaS, biotech, fintech or other complex B2B sectors.

Compensation

-Base salary: 24,000 USD per year

-Initial 3-month trial period.

-Performance-based commissions will allow strong performers to increase their total monthly compensation.

-Clear growth path toward Head of Delivery as the company scales.
