Adoption Specialist

On behalf of our client, we are looking for an experienced Microsoft Adoption Lead to support the rollout and effective use of Microsoft 365 and related technologies across the organisation. This role is critical in ensuring employees adopt and embed new digital ways of working to drive productivity, collaboration, and long-term business value

Key responsibilities:

• Lead change and adoption strategies for Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) and Power Platform.
• Design and deliver tailored training, communication, and engagement plans.
• Build a network of champions to support user adoption across departments.
• Track adoption metrics and provide insights to support continuous improvement.
• Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to align adoption goals with business outcomes
