We are seeking a Part-Time Project Manager to support strategic initiatives and cross-functional project execution. This is a unique opportunity for a results-driven professional to make a significant impact in a flexible role supporting high-priority programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of assigned projects within scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, finance, and supply chain.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor project performance using metrics and KPIs; provide regular status updates to leadership.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and, where applicable, external customers.
• Support proposal development and contract execution phases as needed.
• Ensure compliance with L3Harris program management standards, customer requirements, and industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 4+ years of experience in project or program management; defense or aerospace industry experience strongly preferred.
• PMP certification (or working toward certification) is highly desirable.
• Proficient with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet).
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• U.S. citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on government contracts and knowledge of DoD acquisition processes.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles.
• Prior experience in a remote or hybrid work setting.
