Key Responsibilities

AI & Workflow Optimisation

Help Lifely become a more AI-enabled marketing and eCommerce business by improving speed, quality and efficiency across workflows.

  • Build AI-powered marketing and eCommerce workflows
  • Reduce manual work through automation and AI tools
  • Create prompts, SOPs, templates and scalable systems
  • Automate reporting, research, QA, briefing and insight generation
  • Improve delivery quality and reduce operational errors
  • Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and apply them practically

This role is focused on creating measurable business impact through AI, not just experimentation.

eCommerce & Shopify Execution

Work closely with marketing, design, development and operations to improve Lifely’s online experience. This includes:

  • Supporting Shopify updates across Lifely brands
  • Improving product, collection and landing pages
  • Briefing developers and reviewing deliverables
  • Supporting QA before website changes go live
  • Improving customer journeys, UX and conversion
  • Turning customer feedback and data into better experiences

Marketing & Growth Support

Support campaign execution, creative testing and growth initiatives across the business.

  • Assisting with campaigns across Meta, Google, Email, SMS and SEO
  • Developing creative angles, hooks and landing page briefs
  • Reviewing performance to identify what to scale or improve
  • Supporting expansion into new markets
  • Aligning campaigns with stock, customer demand and commercial goals
  • Using data and insights to improve decision-making

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in eCommerce, ideally Shopify
  • Experience in marketing, CRO, UX, customer journey or website optimisation
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and how to apply them in real business workflows
  • Ability to brief developers, designers and marketers clearly
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong project ownership and delivery discipline
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing quality
  • Ability to turn strategy into execution
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion and customer behaviour
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
