Role Overview We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Data Entry Administrator to join our team in a full-time, fully remote role. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong administrative skills with a high level of accuracy and enjoys working with structured data and systems. As a Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for managing, updating, verifying, and maintaining business data and administrative records. Your work will play a vital role in ensuring the reliability, professionalism, and effectiveness of Loyal To Cumbria’s platform and internal operations. Key ResponsibilitiesData Entry & Administrative Management

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain business listings, records, and administrative data
  • Ensure consistency, formatting accuracy, and completeness across all data systems
  • Follow established administrative and data entry procedures

Data Verification & Quality Control

  • Review information for accuracy, completeness, and relevance
  • Identify, correct, and report errors, duplicates, or outdated records
  • Maintain high data quality standards across all platforms

Database, Records & System Support

  • Manage internal databases, spreadsheets, and content management systems
  • Support routine data audits, cleanups, and ongoing updates
  • Organize records for efficient access and reporting

Communication & Team Collaboration

  • Communicate with internal teams to clarify data and administrative requirements
  • Provide updates on task progress and flag issues when identified
  • Support additional administrative and data-related tasks as required

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in data entry, administration, or office support roles
  • Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets, databases, and standard office software
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote environment
  • Good written communication skills
  • High level of reliability, discretion, and confidentiality

Desirable Skills (Nice To Have)

  • Experience working with online directories, databases, or administrative systems
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
  • Experience supporting audits, reporting, or record management
  • Previous experience in a remote or hybrid administrative role
