Title: Marketing Content Designer/Communication Coordinator
Environment: REMOTE
Pay: $35-$42/hour W2 (NO C2C)
Duration: 6+ month contract with possible FTE
Marketing Communications Coordinator
We are seeking a versatile Marketing Communications Content Designer to join one of our enterprise clients to develop engaging marketing collateral and digital assets that clearly communicate our offerings. This role blends creative design, concise copywriting, and multimedia production to deliver impactful materials that strengthen our brand presence and support marketing initiatives across the organization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Enterprise-level experience supporting large-scale clients.
- Portfolio of work demonstrating written content, branded collateral, and video editing projects.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro).
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and video editing skills.
- Experience developing content across multiple channels: print, digital, email, and multimedia.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Meticulous attention to detail and consistency in brand voice and design.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal and cross-functional teamwork skills.
Responsibilities
- Design & Production: Create visually compelling marketing materials including brochures, one-pagers, PowerPoint templates, product sheets, and sales enablement collateral.
- Video Creation: Develop and edit short-form videos for campaigns, internal communications, and digital channels, incorporating motion graphics and branding elements.
- Copywriting: Write and edit clear, concise, and engaging marketing copy aligned with brand voice and audience needs.
- Brand Alignment: Maintain consistency in visual identity and messaging across print, digital, and video content.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate complex information into visually and verbally engaging materials.
- Content Strategy Support: Contribute ideas for improving communication effectiveness and enhancing the customer experience through creative storytelling.
- Capture professional photos and video clips at client summits/events.
- Edit short post-event recap videos incorporating photos, slides, attendee/host/trainer/sponsor clips.
- Distribute thank-you emails with embedded videos tailored to different stakeholder groups.
- Build and maintain a repository of branded templates for ongoing program optimization.
- Create videos, PDFs, templates, and marketing collateral for internal and external audiences.
- Ensure consistency in branding across all digital and print assets.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to refine strategies and support campaign execution.
