This is a remote, field-focused role involving extensive travel, meeting travel agents, generating new business opportunities, and managing client relationships while promoting outbound travel services.Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the B2B travel market by strengthening product positioning and brand visibility.
- Identify and create new business opportunities and partnerships with travel agencies
- Drive sales of travel-related services to B2B agents and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and training sessions.
- Follow up on quotes, inquiries, and agent requirements in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while acquiring new ones.
- Generate and manage new sales leads across the assigned region.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to support pre-sales activities.
Required Qualifications
- 2–6 years of experience in the Travel Industry (mandatory).
- Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
- Strong knowledge of local travel trade and outbound destinations.
- Good command of English and local language (written and spoken).
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively (~80%).
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in outbound travel agencies.
- Knowledge of destinations, agents, and hotels across European markets.
- IATA Certification (preferred).
- Experience in airlines or travel-related companies is an advantage.
Role Expectations
- Remote role with significant fieldwork and travel (~80%).
- Daily meetings with approximately 5 travel agents in the assigned region.
- Strong networking, relationship management, and sales skills required.
- Ability to manage territory-based sales and client acquisition effectively.
