Location:Budapest, HungaryWork Type:Full-Time | Remote (Field-Based) | ~80% TravelExperience Required:2 – 6 Years (Travel Industry Only)Compensation:EUR 24,000 – 36,000 annually (All-inclusive; no incentives/bonus)Eligibility:Candidates with a valid work permitJoining:Immediate to 30 DaysJob OverviewSeeking a results-driven B2B Travel Sales Manager to expand and strengthen the company’s presence in the local travel trade. This is a remote, field-focused role involving extensive travel, meeting travel agents, generating new business opportunities, and managing client relationships while promoting outbound travel services.Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the B2B travel market by strengthening product positioning and brand visibility.
  • Identify and create new business opportunities and partnerships with travel agencies
  • Drive sales of travel-related services to B2B agents and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct regular client visits, product presentations, and training sessions.
  • Follow up on quotes, inquiries, and agent requirements in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while acquiring new ones.
  • Generate and manage new sales leads across the assigned region.
  • Coordinate with internal operations teams to support pre-sales activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 2–6 years of experience in the Travel Industry (mandatory).
  • Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Strong knowledge of local travel trade and outbound destinations.
  • Good command of English and local language (written and spoken).
  • Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively (~80%).
  • Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, internet).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in outbound travel agencies.
  • Knowledge of destinations, agents, and hotels across European markets.
  • IATA Certification (preferred).
  • Experience in airlines or travel-related companies is an advantage.

Role Expectations

  • Remote role with significant fieldwork and travel (~80%).
  • Daily meetings with approximately 5 travel agents in the assigned region.
  • Strong networking, relationship management, and sales skills required.
  • Ability to manage territory-based sales and client acquisition effectively.
