Friendly, curious, problem-solving talent who speaks one (or more!) of these languages:

Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Swedish, Croatian, Danish, Norwegian, Polish, Slovak, Finnish.

If you enjoy chatting, solving small mysteries (a.k.a customer issues), and making someone’s day better — you’ll fit right in. 💛

⚠️ Important: To apply, you must have EU citizenship or a valid Greek work/residence permit.

📍 Location: Greece — with remote work after relocation.

(Already in Greece? You can work fully remote!)

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Support customers via phone, email & chat
• Help with accounts, payments & simple troubleshooting
• Document everything clearly in English
• Escalate tricky cases when needed
• Spread positivity, patience & good vibes ✨
