What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
- Screen and manage the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely responses to communications
- Provide executive administrative support for projects and prepare necessary documentation
- Coordinate and plan meetings, including compiling agendas and minutes
- Maintain confidentiality of executive and company information
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
- At least 10 years of administrative experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Associate's degree from an accredited university required; Bachelor's degree preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in developing presentations and materials for executive management
- Familiarity with task management software
