What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Schedule assessments for Medicaid beneficiaries, ensuring timely completion by Registered Nurses
- Maintain accurate documentation of all scheduling interactions within various systems
- Initiate communication with beneficiaries and providers to efficiently coordinate assessments
- Resolve scheduling conflicts and inquiries, providing effective solutions
- Collaborate with supervisors on complex issues to ensure appropriate resolutions
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience within the healthcare industry
- Minimum of 1 year of scheduling experience
- Minimum of 1 year of outbound calling experience, preferably in a call center environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and ability to work independently

- Experience using automated scheduling systems
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations and privacy rules
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to adapt to changing environments and manage multiple priorities
