What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Act as a leader and facilitator of Agile events, program events, team dynamics, and team maturity
• Drive continuous improvement within teams, focusing on Agile principles
• Coach teams to align with program standards and resolve impediments
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and Business System Analyst to develop and review product backlog items
• Mentor less tenured Scrum Masters on Agile methodologies and best practices

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 7-9 years of hands-on experience on an Agile team, preferably in the Scrum Master role
• Experience in a systems or financial services environment, including card payments and banking
• Considerable knowledge of Agile tools such as Azure DevOps or similar applications
• Experience managing large-scale technology projects (software/hardware)

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Agile Certification (work experience is considered)
• Technical knowledge of software development terminology like APIs
• Experience facilitating positive and productive Agile events/ceremonies
