What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Entering data provided by customers and verifying data from various sources
- Creating spreadsheets and maintaining databases on a timely basis
- Ensuring data preservation by taking regular backups and retrieving data as needed
- Verifying invoice details and handling invoice payments
- Adhering to quality control measures and ensuring no duplication of data
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proven work experience in an administrative role such as Data Entry Clerk, Data Entry Operator, or Typist
- Excellent typing skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and data entry software
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience with data entry software such as Process Runner, ProntoForms, and Flowfinity
- Ability to work independently and provide enhanced customer service
