- RDN CONS is recruiting a German-speaking Customer Support Agent for an international client in the insurance sector. This entry-level position is suitable for candidates at the start of their careers; no prior insurance or customer service experience is required.
- Candidates will receive structured, fully paid remote training in Greece for the initial two months. After successful completion of training, the role continues as fully remote within Greece.
Key responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support in German via phone, email and chat.
- Handle policy inquiries, claims intake, billing questions and basic case management in line with established procedures.
- Collect and verify customer information; document interactions accurately in internal systems.
- Escalate complex or high-priority cases to the appropriate teams.
- Deliver clear, accurate and customer-focused solutions while maintaining service quality and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and to contribute to continuous improvement of service processes.
Candidate profile
- Fluent German (C1 level) and good command of English (B2 level).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Basic computer literacy and aptitude for learning new systems and procedures quickly.
- Positive, solution-focused attitude and attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and flexibility to work in shifts if required.
- No prior insurance or customer service experience required; motivated beginners are encouraged to apply.
