Project Manager

A midsize Biopharmaceutical company is in immediate need of an experienced Project Manager Consultant to support them as they work towards commercialization of a combination product. The project is scheduled to be completed by the need of January 2026, but some follow-up support may be requested. This is a mostly remote position and is part-time (15-20 hours/week expected), this consultant will need to travel to the company office in New Jersey at least once for a Kaizen event (likely in January).

The client is looking to finalize a BLA in 5 months and they need a skilled PM to guide them towards commercialization efforts and to define product release processes. The consultant will meet with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to collect relevant data and conduct gap analyses and then work with the teams to determine what commercialization will look like for the company. The client needs to have a final roadmap completed by the end of January. The company is headquartered in France, so this consultant should be in the Eastern time zone to effectively support Europe hours.

Requirements:

• BS degree minimum
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification
• Located in Eastern time zone
• Available to work onsite in NJ for at least 1 week in January
• 10-20 years of pharmaceutical industry experience
• Current/recent experience working with pharmaceutical company driving commercialization from late-stage clinical phases (please provide examples)
• Strong communication skills and adaptability in order to support part-time work schedule while working remotely
• Experience developing Kaizen plans and presenting project status and results to executive leadership
• Strong understanding of computer systems and CSV efforts needed for this project
