Product Designer

I’m looking for a Product Designer for a fast-growing climate-tech startup!

The Role:

• Shape the product experience for B2B users solving complex sustainability challenges
• Own the end-to-end design system (from early wireframes to polished Figma handoff)
• Act as the design lead in the product development lifecycle
• Lead customer discovery and turn insights into actionable PRDs

Requirements:

• Min 3 years experience in Product Design
• Experience in early stage startups
• Experience working on B2B web apps
• Experience conducting user research

📍 Remote-first (Austin, TX HQ if you want to see the office, fully remote is also fine)

💸 Up to $115k base
