Following continued growth within our award-winning Subsidence Services Division, we are pleased to offer an additional opportunity for a Subsidence Claims Technician to join our team.
This is another exciting vacancy within the division, providing the chance to manage a portfolio of complex and large subsidence claims while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
You'll be the focal point for clients, guiding them through the claims process from start to finish. The role requires excellent organisational skills, resilience, and a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
With comprehensive training and ongoing support from colleagues, you'll help customers navigate often challenging situations with empathy and professionalism. Most importantly, you'll be able to put yourself in our customers' shoes, understand the bigger picture, and make decisions based on the facts, treating each claim on its individual merits.
You'll have the opportunity to further develop your expertise in a supportive and collaborative environment, working alongside experienced colleagues to achieve excellent outcomes for our customers.

The skills you will have when you apply:
- Experience in managing property claims: Previous experience in a claims environment is essential.
- Excellent communication skills: You'll speak with and write to policyholders, insurers, contractors, and more. You’ll explain complex details clearly, and negotiate fair settlements for all.
- Conscientious and hard working in order to achieve the required results, as well as being flexible and adaptable during times of high volumes
- Comprehensive Training: You'll receive all the Sedgwick-specific training needed to excel in your role.
- Professional Development: We are committed to helping you work towards the Chartered Institute of Loss Adjusters' Cert CILA qualification.
