Role Description

This is a fully flexible, part-time WFH Independent Sales Contractor position based in Sydney. This is a high-reward commission-based role, ideal for someone confident in sales and looking to earn based on performance.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs effectively.
• Experience in Sales and Sales Management to convert targets and oversee the sales process.
• Proven track record of managing client accounts and improving customer retention.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Prior experience in the cleaning or service industry is an advantage but not mandatory.

Commission Structure

• 20% commission on the first month’s contract value
• 5% recurring commission on monthly payments for each ongoing client you bring
