Part-Time Admin & Digital Assistant (Freelance) — Style Synergy StudioLocation: Remote (UK-based)

Hours: 1 day a week (might increase to 2 days)

Rate: London Living Wage (£14.80 per hour)

Start date: ASAP

Style Synergy Studio is a London-based image and style consultancy helping clients discover their best colours, refine their personal style, and feel effortlessly confident in what they wear. We’re growing quickly and looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Admin & Digital Assistant to support the Founder with day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and respond to client emails and enquiries in a professional and friendly manner
  • Assist with diary management, bookings, and scheduling
  • Support general administrative and organisational tasks across the business
  • Maintain client records and assist with operational processes
  • Create and schedule weekly newsletters
  • Research and curate "new in" fashion, beauty, and lifestyle products for newsletter features
  • Upload and update content on the company website when required
  • Assist with light digital marketing and content administration tasks
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and collaborators as needed

What We’re Looking For

  • Excellent written communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Highly organised, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Strong administrative and time-management skills
  • Friendly, polished, and professional communication style
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Previous experience in administration, PA, customer service, or client support roles preferred
  • An interest in fashion, personal styling, beauty, or lifestyle brands would be advantageous

Preferred Skills

  • Experience using Canva for creating newsletters, graphics, or marketing materials
  • Experience using Wix for updating website content
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar)
  • Comfortable researching products and identifying items that align with a luxury lifestyle and personal styling brand
