About The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter / HR Generalist to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment process for various positions within the organization, ensuring the acquisition of top talent that aligns with the company's strategic goals. Additionally, you will provide comprehensive HR support to employees and management, assisting with onboarding, employee relations, HR policies, and compliance. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work remotely within the U.S., with a focus on building a talented team that drives the company's success in the sports industry. Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist functions
- Familiarity with various recruitment methods and tools, including social media platforms and job boards
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
- Passion for sports and knowledge of the industry is a plus
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and extending offers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on best recruitment practices
- Conduct reference and background checks for potential candidates
- Maintain and update job descriptions and postings on the company website and external job boards
- Coordinate and participate in job fairs and recruitment events to attract diverse candidates
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and completing necessary paperwork
- Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees regarding policies, procedures, and employee relations issues
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and files
- Assist with performance management processes and employee engagement initiatives
- Stay informed on HR trends, employment laws, and best practices to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
