Business Development Manager – Telematic device sales/ Commercial vehicle sales

📍 Location: United States (Remote with up to 80% travel)

💼 Employment Type: Full-time

💰 Compensation: $65,000 – $85,000 per year + benefits

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Experience in telematics or commercial vehicle sales is highly preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and travel extensively (up to 80%).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Present, promote, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers using a consultative approach.
  • Conduct cost-benefit and needs analyses to align offerings with customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong business and customer relationships.
  • Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calling and networking.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction and long-term engagement.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets within defined timelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
  • Provide management with reports on customer needs, market conditions, and emerging opportunities.
  • Continuously seek professional improvement through feedback and learning.
