  • Record and disseminate notes and follow-up actions when required.
  • Utilize internal systems (Salesforce, ClickUp, etc.) and ensure they are being updated accordingly on behalf of the Senior Director and their platforms.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of priorities and follow up on key deadlines, deliverables, and action items until completed.
  • Support with presentation creation, formatting, proofreading, help with building reports and information in a digestible and presentable format.
  • Draft communications on behalf of the Senior Director for both internal and external use.
  • Know ‘who’ across the organization can provide you with critical information, and support as needed.
  • Maintain a working understanding of the external stakeholder community, applying sound judgment to prioritize requests and responses based on stakeholder importance and organizational priorities.
  • Build strong working relationships across all levels of the organization and with external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other Assistants and the Chief of Staff to coordinate meetings and events.
  • Partner with Communications and Events teams on media requests, conference planning, and industry engagements.
