3D Product Visualizer (Freelance / Consultant)

To Grow Agency is looking for a 3D visualizer / consultant for product images from 3D scansTo Grow Agency (www.togrow.agency) is a creative production agency working with fashion and lifestyle brands. We help our clients create strong visual storytelling - from traditional photography to 3D visualization and digital production.

We are now looking for an experienced 3D visualizer or consultant who can handle the full workflow from finished 3D-scanned product → final e-commerce product images.

Responsibilities:

• Mesh cleanup and optimization of scanned assets in Blender.
• Retopology & UV mapping for optimized geometry.
• Texturing in Adobe Substance Painter (PBR workflow, color matching).
• Rendering in Blender Cycles with studio lighting and six fixed angles.
• Post-production in Photoshop: retouching, color correction, background setup.
• Delivery of final images (JPG/WebP, 3000×3750 px, #efefef background).

We are looking for someone who:

• Is highly skilled in Blender, Adobe Substance 3D Painter, and Photoshop.
• Has proven experience in product visualization for e-commerce.
• Can work systematically within a structured pipeline and file system.
• Has a strong eye for detail, accuracy, and visual quality.

How we start:

The first test project involves transforming a scanned shoe into six ready-to-use e-commerce product images. If successful, we see this as the beginning of a long-term collaboration with more projects for our fashion and lifestyle clients.

Skills Checklist:

• Blender: mesh cleanup, retopology, UV mapping, camera setup, Cycles rendering
• Adobe Substance 3D Painter: PBR workflow, baking, material creation, color matching
• Photoshop: dust removal, retouch, color correction, export for e-commerce
• General: structured workflow, naming conventions, attention to detail, e-commerce visualization experience
