Travel Congress is seeking a Junior Marketing Coordinator to support travel-industry conferences, networking events, attendee support, speakers, sponsors, workshops, communications, and event operations. You will coordinate marketing campaigns, content, calendars, assets, audience activity, and performance reporting. This full-time position is 100% remote and available to candidates based in Raleigh, North Carolina.

What You'll Coordinate
- Coordinate Junior Marketing Coordinator work across campaigns, content, communications, channels, or audience activity for Travel Congress.
- Maintain calendars, briefs, assets, approvals, status trackers, and supporting documentation for assigned work.
- Prepare, review, schedule, or publish role-appropriate materials while following brand and quality standards.
- Track performance metrics and prepare clear updates that connect activity with audience, campaign, or client outcomes.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, customers, vendors, or creative partners to keep deliverables on schedule.
- Quality-check records, content, handoffs, and final deliverables before completing Junior Marketing Coordinator work at Travel Congress.
- Strong written communication, organization, attention to detail, and deadline management.
- Comfort using common marketing, social, content, analytics, spreadsheet, or project-management tools appropriate to the role.
- Ability to manage multiple deliverables and maintain accurate status information.
- Professional communication with teammates, clients, customers, vendors, or partners.
- Ability to review work carefully for quality, consistency, and brand alignment.
