The Position
Think Tell Junction is adding an Email Marketing Coordinator to its team supporting communications, public relations, marketing, event support, customer engagement, and content coordination. You will build, schedule, test, and measure email marketing campaigns while working with the teams responsible for this area. The role is full time, 100% remote, and open to candidates throughout the United States.
What You'll Contribute
- Build and schedule approved email campaigns, newsletters, automated messages, or lifecycle communications in the Email Marketing Coordinator role at Think Tell Junction.
- Maintain audience lists, segments, suppression rules, personalization fields, and campaign naming standards as part of the Email Marketing Coordinator role at Think Tell Junction.
- Quality-check subject lines, links, images, tracking, mobile layout, and required content before launch across communications, marketing, and events in this Email Marketing Coordinator position.
- Coordinate content, creative, approvals, and send schedules with marketing stakeholders for the Think Tell Junction team as part of Email Marketing Coordinator work.
- Monitor delivery, open, click, conversion, unsubscribe, and bounce metrics and prepare performance summaries while supporting communications, marketing, and events in the Email Marketing Coordinator role at Think Tell Junction.
- Support testing and optimization of subject lines, content, timing, segmentation, and calls to action as part of day-to-day Email Marketing Coordinator responsibilities at Think Tell Junction.
- Experience with email marketing or CRM platforms and strong attention to campaign details for the Email Marketing Coordinator opening at Think Tell Junction.
- Comfort working with lists, segmentation, basic HTML or templates, tracking links, and analytics.
- Strong copy-editing, proofreading, and quality-assurance skills.
- Ability to interpret email performance metrics and identify practical optimization opportunities.
- Good judgment about consent, suppression, and customer communication requirements.
