Our client is a global technology leader in connectivity and network infrastructure solutions for industrial environments. To support the expansion of the Transportation vertical in Romania, we are currently looking for a Senior Sales Manager Railway (with Managing Director Track).

In this role, you will drive business development within the Romanian rail and transportation ecosystem. You will build strong customer relationships, identify new project opportunities, and develop solution-based proposals together with international technical teams.

Your Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth within the Transportation vertical in Romania
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the rail and infrastructure ecosystem
• Build and manage relationships with key customers and decision-makers
• Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to contract closing
• Develop solution-based proposals in collaboration with technical teams
• Manage pipeline, forecasting, and reporting using internal tools

Your Profile

• 10+ years of professional experience, including 5+ years in the transportation / rail sector
• Proven track record in solution selling within rail industry, idealy within industrial networking, automation, or communication systems
• Strong network within the Romanian transportation or rail ecosystem
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Fluent in English and Romanian
