This is a remote position.

Vazoola is a fast-growing company dedicated to providing top-tier solutions for digital marketing and business operations. We are looking for a diligent, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Remote File Clerk to join our team and ensure that our digital records and files are maintained efficiently.

As a Remote File Clerk, your primary responsibility will be to manage, organize, and maintain digital files, ensuring all documents are accurately filed and easily accessible. You'll also be responsible for performing administrative duties related to digital file management and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

This is a remote position, which requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • File Management: Organize and maintain digital files, ensuring they are properly categorized and stored for easy retrieval.
  • Document Uploading: Upload, scan, and digitize physical documents into the company's file system.
  • Data Entry: Input accurate data into digital platforms and ensure all documents are correctly indexed for easy searching.
  • Compliance: Ensure all files meet company standards and regulatory requirements regarding document storage, privacy, and security.
  • Communication: Work with internal teams to request or send documents as needed, maintaining clear communication channels.
  • Recordkeeping: Assist with managing the company’s archive of historical records, ensuring all files are accessible and up-to-date.
  • File Retrieval: Help in locating and retrieving files quickly for team members, ensuring fast turnaround times for information requests.

Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Experience in records management, data entry, or administrative support. Strong organisational and documentation skills with high attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Competitive salary based on experience and skills.
