Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for an Administrative Assistant. The role involves managing administrative tasks, supporting executive and clerical functions, and handling communications professionally. Key day-to-day responsibilities include managing emails and correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing files, providing support to executive staff, and maintaining accurate records. The individual will also ensure a high level of professionalism and efficiency in all interactions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for organizing, filing, and managing day-to-day operational tasks.
  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for professional correspondence and effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance to provide high-level support to leadership roles.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  • Proficiency in standard office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace) is essential.
  • Prior experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup with minimal supervision.
