Job Description
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Business Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing customers across our corporate and branch locations.
This is a remote position supporting our Las Vegas office, with travel required to our local site and customer locations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by promoting and selling products and services to new and existing customers.
- Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with current accounts while cultivating new ones.
- Manage the full sales cycle from quoting to order booking, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
- Effectively utilize CRM tools to track sales activity, pipeline progress, and account information.
- Travel within a 100-mile radius (up to 50% of the time, including occasional overnights) to meet with customers and support business objectives.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards to deliver exceptional results.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in account management, business development, or sales.
- Experience in the fastener industry is a plus but not required.
