SoloProtect, a pioneer in lone worker safety solutions, is looking for an outbound French Business Development Coordinator to join our team. Note: This is a UK-based role.
Role Overview
As a Business Development Coordinator for France, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers. Using outbound calling, you’ll engage with senior executives and decision-makers, qualifying their needs and introducing them to SoloProtect’s innovative safety solutions. By generating and nurturing new business opportunities, you’ll play a key role in our mission to protect lone workers across Europe.
Responsibilities
- Generate and develop new business leads through proactive outbound prospecting.
- Work with our outbound dialer to achieve daily and monthly call/lead targets.
- Qualify prospects’ needs and progress opportunities to our Business Development Managers.
- Capture accurate qualification details in Salesforce CRM and keep all records up to date.
- Clearly articulate SoloProtect’s value proposition and stay informed on our solutions and the lone worker industry.
- Occasionally respond to inbound leads when required.
- Collaborate with colleagues across Sales, Marketing, and other teams to help drive success.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ telesales or outbound business development experience.
- Strong, confident phone skills with proven success in outbound calling.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French (English proficiency desirable).
- Self-motivated, organised, and target-driven.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM is preferred.

- Competitive salary: £27,000 – £35,000 basic + commission (depending on experience).
