We’re looking for a driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our Athlete Services team and help build legacy through real estate and mortgage education. This role is 1099: commissions, referral business, generous bonus structure, brokerage revenue share, and the chance to make meaningful impact in the lives of athletes and their families.

🔑 What You’ll Do

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Connect with current and former athletes, families, and advisors to introduce housing and lending solutions tailored to their journey.

• Pathway Building: Share education tools that demystify homeownership, lending, and financial planning.

• Relationship Management: Build trust through consistent, value-driven engagement with athletes and their support networks.

• Market Insight: Stay sharp on housing trends, lending programs, and athlete-specific financial challenges.

• Team Collaboration: Partner with onboarding specialists, educators, and lending pros to deliver a seamless experience.

💼 Compensation & Structure

• Commission: (W-2 Employment is available in time for specific in house roles.)

• Bonus Structure: Performance-based bonuses for hitting attainable milestones.

• Revenue Share: Generous share of revenue from closed deals and RE Coaching model that pays 7 levels of passive income!
