We are seeking a 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹-𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 to join our tech team and support a high-impact program across multiple European markets. This is a remote-first role with flexible hours, except for a few mandatory daytime meetings in the 𝗖𝗘𝗧.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂’𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
• Collaborate with regional teams across Europe
• Build project roadmaps and track progress using Jira
• Coordinate rollouts across different markets
• Ensure things run smoothly day to day: schedule and run meetings, write meeting notes, and follow up on action items
• Maintain Confluence pages and keep project documentation up to date
• Centralize and streamline operational workflows across different countries
• Contribute to other internal or client-facing projects as needed ――――――――――――――――――――――――――――――
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗪𝗲’𝗿𝗲 𝗟𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗙𝗼𝗿
• Project Management certification (e.g., CAPM, PMP, or equivalent)
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
• Hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, Jira, and Confluence
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Strong people skills: able to understand and represent different parties and perspectives, from leadership to the teams doing the work
• Approachable and relatable, with the ability to get things done smoothly and transparently
• Fluent English is required
• Comfortable working independently with light supervision
• Able to attend a mandatory meetings during business hours (CET); Flexibility is available
