About Arches: Arches, a subsidiary of Vireo Inc, offers an e-commerce, delivery, and fulfillment growth engine for top retail brands brands across the U.S. Our platform addresses key technology challenges for our clients by providing best-in-class e-commerce experiences, custom delivery solutions, compliant order fulfillment, and most importantly, empowering our clients to own and unlock the potential of their data for strategic decision-making.
At Arches, we are driven by a commitment to innovation, collaboration, and data ownership. We are a fast-paced, technology-focused company, and we believe in building a diverse team that can deliver impactful solutions for our clients. Our objective is straightforward: to deliver our digital solutions and expertise across the growing number of Vireo retail stores to drive accretive growth. If you’re entrepreneurial-minded and passionate about data, you’ll thrive in our environment.
About The Role: Arches is hiring a Senior Manager, Growth Strategy to serve as the operational engine behind our growth strategy. This role reports directly to the Director of Product & Growth and will work on initiatives that drive revenue, retention, and customer lifetime value.
This is not a traditional marketing role. Growth at Arches sits at the intersection of product, data, and operations. The right candidate understands that sustainable growth comes from improving systems, not just launching campaigns.
You will lead experimentation across acquisition and retention, partner closely with operations and marketing, and translate data into clear product and commercial action. You will help define roadmaps, implement tests, measure impact, and ensure initiatives compound rather than operate in isolation.
This role is ideal for a structured thinker who thrives in ambiguity, moves quickly from insight to execution, and cares deeply about measurable business impact. You should be equally comfortable analyzing cohort retention as you are coordinating cross-functional launches.
Responsibilities include:
- Partner with operator leadership teams to analyze growth performance, identify structural constraints, and develop data-backed recommendations across acquisition, retention, and customer lifetime value.
- Query and analyze customer data using SQL, web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Domo, and campaign management tools to uncover actionable insights across acquisition, engagement, and retention funnels.
- Evaluate both quantitative and qualitative data, including behavioral trends and demographic segmentation, to identify opportunities to improve customer experience and increase marketing effectiveness.
- Monitor and continuously optimize lifecycle automation programs, including cart abandonment, browse abandonment, post-purchase flows, and win-back campaigns using performance data and controlled testing.
- Contribute meaningfully to the evolution of the company’s segmentation strategy by identifying high value cohorts, behavioral triggers, and retention opportunities.
- Partner closely with the Director of Product & Growth to support broader growth initiatives, including experimentation design, lifecycle automation strategy, and customer segmentation.
Qualifications:
- B.S/B.A in Marketing, Analytics, Business Administration, or other related fields is preferred
- A growth mindset, an ambitious attitude, and a desire to learn in a startup environment
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Demonstrated interpersonal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and interprete data from marketing platforms, BI tools, and spreadsheets
- Understanding of SQL required
- 5+ years of progressive experience in growth, strategy, product analytics, revenue operations, or lifecycle marketing, preferably within e commerce, marketplace, retail, or high growth technology environments
- At least 3 to 5 years leading cross functional growth initiatives that directly impacted revenue, retention, or customer lifetime value
- Hands on experience with web analytics and BI tools such as Google Analytics, Domo, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms
- 3+ years of SQL experience
- E-commerce experience highly preferred
- Comfort presenting performance insights to executive leadership.
- Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of application and throughout employment. This role is limited to employees residing and performing work within the United States.
Benefits:
- 100% company-paid medical benefits (including family premiums)
- 100% company-paid dental benefits (including family premiums)
- 100% company-paid vision benefits (including family premiums)
- Company-paid basic life insurance
- Unlimited PTO, contingent on supervisor approval
- Paid Holidays
- Monthly internet stipend
- 401(k) match
- Primarily work-from-home
Arches is an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees and applicants. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable federal, state, or local law.
