Multimodal Design Specialist | $70/hr Remote

Position: Visual Designers + Creative Directors Type: Part-time position Compensation: $50-$70 per hour Commitment: 10-20 hours per week Location: Remote Role Responsibilities

• Collaborate asynchronously with designers across different creative disciplines
• Review and provide structured feedback on AI-generated design outputs
• Contribute to iterative experimentation to improve workflow clarity and quality

Requirements

• Professional experience in a visual design discipline
• Bachelor’s degree in a design-related field such as graphic design, product or UI design, architecture, illustration, industrial design, editorial design, game design, immersive design, or related areas
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and structured critique ability
• Familiarity with creative coding tools such as HTML, CSS, Processing, or three.js is advantageous
