We’re looking for an experienced and detail-driven Program Test Manager to lead testing strategy and execution across multiple projects and programs. This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills, deep QA expertise, and experience managing large-scale testing initiatives in a remote environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Define and oversee test strategy, governance, and quality standards across programs
• Lead end-to-end testing activities including functional, integration, system, UAT, and regression testing
• Manage multiple test streams across complex, multi-project programs
• Coordinate testing timelines, resources, and dependencies
• Collaborate with program managers, product managers, and engineering teams
• Ensure test coverage, defect tracking, and risk mitigation
• Report testing progress, quality metrics, and risks to stakeholders
• Drive test automation strategy and continuous improvement
• Mentor test leads and QA team members
• Ensure compliance with quality, security, and regulatory standards

✅ Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software testing or quality assurance
• 3+ years of experience in a Test Manager or Program Test Manager role
• Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scaled Agile frameworks
• Experience managing testing across large programs or enterprise systems
• Knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools
• Hands-on experience with test management tools (Jira, Zephyr, TestRail, ALM)
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Strong risk management and problem-solving abilities
• ISTQB or similar certifications are a plus
• Fluent in English
• Must be based in Australia with legal right to work full-time
