What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery of client projects
• Facilitate meetings, manage client communications, and track project tasks in Asana
• Develop and manage project plans aligned with client goals, including scope definition and budget tracking
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive delivery trade-offs across scope, timeline, and quality
• Maintain accurate project documentation and support operational reporting and insights

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor's degree
• 4-7 years of related project delivery/project management experience, preferably in agency or B2B marketing
• Proven experience leading mid-size/cross-functional projects and managing dependencies
• Strong knowledge of G Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management systems (e.g., Asana)
• Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with Adobe Workfront project management platform; certification preferred
• Certification in Project Management (CAPM or similar), PMP preferred
• Experience in global, multinational environments
