Position: Human Data Manager

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $40 - $75/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design and manage data workflows for annotation, collection, processing, and analysis.
• Establish and track KPIs to improve operational efficiency and data quality.
• Analyze datasets to identify insights and recommend process improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data operations with business objectives.
• Build and maintain reporting systems to monitor metrics and workflow performance.
• Continuously refine processes to ensure scalability, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Take ownership of operational challenges and proactively implement solutions.

Requirements

• Strong experience in data analysis, annotation, or workflow optimization.
• Familiarity with operational processes and process improvement practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting insights.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail in data validation.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Interest in AI systems, human data operations, and performance optimization.
