Graphic Design & Illustration Specialist | $65/hr Remote

Position: Graphic Design Expert

Type: Hourly contract

Compensation: $19 - $65/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10 40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design projects using Krita and Libresprite from concept to final assets.
• Document and communicate design processes, workflows, and creative decisions.
• Create high-quality illustrations and graphic assets with strong visual composition.
• Organize, label, and manage design files for efficient usage and handoff.
• Apply color correction, composition refinement, and asset optimization techniques.
• Collaborate with team members and provide constructive design feedback.
• Communicate design methodologies clearly in written and verbal formats.

Requirements

• Strong experience using Krita and Libresprite for professional design projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating full project lifecycle from ideation to final output.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain design decisions.
• Proficiency in illustration, composition, and asset management techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt creative workflows.
• High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outputs.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, collaborative environment.
