We’re looking for self-motivated, organised, music obsessed individuals with sales experience and a hunger to learn music marketing and artist promotion.

Ideal Candidate:

• Self-motivated, resilient and highly organised
• Experienced in music or artist development
• Enthusiastic about discovering new talent
• Wide musical taste and understanding of industry trends
• Passionate about helping artists across genres grow and develop
• Reliable internet connection and own laptop/computer

Responsibilities:

• Scout and identify new artists, producers and songs
• Connect artists with relevant teams when needed
• No KPIs or outbound sales required

Salary Terms: (This is a commission based role)

• Outbound sales: 20% of sale
