Technical Recruiter

EVONA is growing, and we're looking for experienced recruiters to join us delivering for clients across the Space and Defense tech sector.

You'll own the full recruitment lifecycle for some of the most exciting companies in the industry - sourcing, screening, managing hiring managers, and partnering with founders and leadership teams to get the best people through the door.

What you'll need:

• Proven experience recruiting in the Space and/or Defense tech sector
• Experience working in-house / internally for a client
• A track record with VC- and PE-backed businesses and the pace and scrutiny that comes with them
• The ability to own the entire recruitment process end to end and operate autonomously
• Confidence working directly with founders, shareholders, and senior stakeholders
