Job Responsibility:
- Analyze and identify customers’ needs and match them with suitable SaaS products.
- Prospect, generate, qualify, process, and follow up on leads.
- Manage, nurture, and convert leads into sales opportunities.
- Route qualified and appropriate leads to the sales team for further closure.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing team, fostering cooperative working relationships across functions.
- Effectively communicate and present SaaS product solutions and value propositions to customers.
- Reach out to accounts using emails and other channels.
- Proficient in the use of social media tools such as LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.
- Provide consistent, concise, accurate, and timely weekly/monthly sales lead generation activity reports to management.
- Maintain and update daily sales pipeline and activity in the CRM system.
- Demonstrate commitment to the technology industry by staying informed on new regulations, product solution updates, innovations, and trends.
- Achieve sales lead generation and appointment quotas.
- Adhere to the sales process, pipeline management protocols, ethics, and compliance standards.
- Achieve sales quotas across product lines.
- A team player who is flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment.
Requirements:
- Able to work independently in a remote environment.
- At least 5 years of experience in outbound sales, inside sales, or telesales. Experience in lead generation and handling enterprise accounts is a must.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills and be proficient in “selling via phone” successfully.
- Proven experience in selling technical and integrated IT premium-priced solutions. Must be a successful prospector, capable of independently developing new prospects in a highly competitive environment.
- Experience in selling technology-based products, SaaS, and software solutions using ROI and other value-based selling approaches.
- Familiarity with large-ticket, long sales cycle technology products. Must demonstrate a competitive and assertive personality, with the ability to operate effectively and independently in high-pressure, high-stakes sales environments.
- Proven track record of consistently achieving sales lead generation and appointment quotas.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and commitments daily, with a strong focus on structured selling methodologies.
- Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Detail-oriented, with a focus on quality and accuracy. Able to multitask, work with a strong sense of urgency, and maintain a high level of commitment to excellence.
