Sales Development Representative – UK Market (Remote)

Are you ready to take on a new challenge with a fast-growing international startup?

We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative focused on the UK market to help open new markets and accelerate business expansion. This is a 100% remote position, reporting directly to the Sales Development Manager. You must be fluent in Spanish, as you’ll collaborate closely with a Spanish-speaking team.

About the Role

Sales Development Representatives are key to driving growth by developing the top of the sales funnel and generating new business opportunities.

As a Market Developer & Hunter, you’ll manage the full prospecting cycle for the UK market:

  • Prospect new clients through cold calling, email, and social media.
  • Make first contact and qualify leads.
  • Understand customer needs and challenges to match them with our solutions.
  • Present a strong, value-driven sales pitch.
  • Lead product demos and negotiations through to handover or deal closure.
  • Consistently generate and close qualified opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written – mandatory).
  • Based in the UK (mandatory).
  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or SDR roles, ideally within SaaS, fitness, or tech.
  • Strong communication and social skills, with a passion for people and sales.
  • Ambitious, creative, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
  • Interest in startups, technology, and/or the fitness ecosystem.
