What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar and schedule
- Oversee the CEO's inbox, ensuring timely responses to emails and communications
- Provide executive administrative support for projects, including analyses and documentation
- Organize and coordinate meetings, including compiling agendas and minutes
- Assist in vendor negotiations and manage communication support across the practice area
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant
- At least 10 years of administrative experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in MS Office Suite
- Associate's degree from an accredited university; Bachelor's degree preferred
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in developing presentations and materials suitable for client and executive management
- Familiarity with task management software for tracking key action items
