This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of T-mapp. We are currently looking for a Head of Marketing - B2B Marketing Leader in the United Kingdom. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape and execute innovative marketing strategies across diverse product lines in the health, beauty, food, and ingredients sectors. You will be responsible for building brand visibility, driving market share growth, and identifying new business opportunities while keeping a sharp focus on customer needs and industry trends. This role requires a visionary marketer who thrives in dynamic environments and can confidently engage with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders to drive long-term success. Accountabilities

  • Develop and execute high-impact B2B marketing strategies aligned with business goals
  • Lead integrated campaigns across online and offline channels to strengthen brand positioning
  • Use analytics, CRM tools, and customer insights to optimize performance and revenue growth
  • Identify and target new customer segments, markets, and opportunities for expansion
  • Stay ahead of industry and competitor trends to keep product offerings relevant and innovative
  • Collaborate with suppliers, clients, and internal stakeholders to support strategic partnerships
  • Oversee product portfolio marketing across categories such as cosmetics, aromas, ingredients, and food-related solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales, or business development, ideally within Health & Beauty, Ingredients, or Cosmetics
  • Proven success in building and executing impactful marketing strategies in fast-paced industries
  • Strong knowledge of product development, ingredients, aromas, cosmetics, and food applications (e.g., bakery, mayonnaises)
  • Expertise in both digital and traditional marketing methods, with strong data-driven decision-making skills
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and analytics tools
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities
  • Fluency in English is required; Spanish is a strong plus
  • Established network and market knowledge in the UK
