Outbound Call Representative (Fully Remote – U.S.)

We are hiring Outbound Call Representatives for a short-term, high-impact project supporting outreach to stockholders regarding an upcoming shareholder vote.

In this role, you will make high-volume outbound calls to stockholders to determine how they plan to vote in an upcoming shareholder meeting that may significantly impact their investments.

Calls are brief (typically 2–5 minutes) and a script is provided. An auto-dialer system will be used.

This role requires professionalism, strong communication skills, and comfort being on the phone for a full shift.

🚨 Important Project Details:

• FULLY REMOTE
• Must provide your own laptop – Windows 10 required (NO Apple/Mac computers)
• 6-8 week project
• Must be able to start your workday at 10:00 AM EST
• Making 75+ outbound calls per day
• Expect to leave a high volume of voicemails
• Script provided for all calls
• Calls are short and structured (2–5 minutes on average)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct consistent outbound calls using an auto-dialer system
• Professionally communicate scripted messaging to stockholders
• Accurately document responses and call outcomes
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Meet daily call volume expectations

Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong phone presence and professionalism
• Comfortable making constant outbound calls for a full shift
• Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
• Reliable high-speed internet and dedicated workspace
