2. About the Opportunity:

The Remote Response Associate, Roadside Assistance serves as the primary contact for customers facing vehicle breakdowns or emergencies. This role provides calm, empathetic support while coordinating the timely dispatch of service providers. The position directly impacts customer safety and satisfaction by managing high-pressure situations with quick, accurate decisions and clear communication. It is a full-time, remote role requiring commitment to scheduled shifts and ongoing performance standards.

3. Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume inbound calls to gather location and vehicle issue details

• Dispatch service providers accurately and promptly

• De-escalate and support customers using active listening and empathy

• Use multiple digital systems and dispatch tools to track service progress

• Collaborate with remote team members through virtual communication platforms

4. Requirements:

• Ability to maintain calm and provide empathetic support in high-stress situations

• Strong communication and active listening skills

• Proficiency with web-based tools and dispatch software

• Commitment to full-time schedules including weekend and holiday coverage

• 100% attendance during mandatory training period
