The Project Coordinator is responsible to facilitate, administer and organize all project activities in cooperation with and under the direction of the Product Manager to ensure flawless execution of the project.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports
- Liaise with clients to help identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
- Monitor and track project’s progress and ensure any issues that arise are addressed by the appropriate parties
- Ensure that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status adequately to all participants
- Coordinate activities, resources, equipment and information
- Assist implementations with setup and configuration
- Report and escalate to management as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
This individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, education, and/or ability required.
Required Technical Skills:
PM/SCRUM certification a plus
Technical aptitude

EXPERIENCE:
Four (4) plus years of experience as an IT Project Coordinator or in a similar role. Previous experience in cooperating with Project/Product Managers for the delivery of projects; documenting software requirements; and with TFS/Work items and Agile development methodologies.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will not supervise others in the department.
PHYSICAL DEMAND:
The physical demands are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The employee is required to sit, stand, walk, communicate with other employees, and work with computers. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust and focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This position will perform all work in a remote environment. Less than 5% travel is expected as required by the project.
