This is a remote position based in Ireland, offering the flexibility to work from home while collaborating with a talented international team.
The Role
As a Fund Accounting Manager, you will lead and develop a dedicated fund accounting team, manage key client relationships, and ensure the highest standards of accuracy and compliance across all fund operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and act as a primary point of contact.
- Supervise and support the fund accounting team to deliver within a robust control environment.
- Review and approve daily and monthly NAV calculations.
- Oversee cash and position reconciliations, ensuring timely resolution of aged items.
- Review fee calculations, profit and loss allocations, and performance reports.
- Manage the audit process and ensure timely completion of fund financial statements.
- Support client onboarding, transitions, and the implementation of new products.
- Continuously enhance workflows, controls, and efficiency within NAV processes.
About You
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Legal discipline.
- 7+ years’ experience in fund accounting or fund administration.
- Proven team leadership and people management experience.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
