*   Understand global contract terms, budgets and payment schedules, ensuring that payments to investigative sites are aligned with the Clinical Trial Agreement, perform payment reconciliations at mandated intervals
*   Complete analysis of budgeted versus actual spend for assigned projects and any other reporting needs as required
*   Develop and provide budgetary forecasts for project teams for investigator payments and develop and distribute consolidated monthly payments reports detailing the status of paid/unpaid sites in assigned study(s)
*   Prepare, participate in and follow up on audits / inspections

**Your background**

*   At least 2 years’ experience with a CRO/Pharma Company in a relevant job involving qualitative data entry, data validation in Finance, Project Management or Contracts is preferred
*   Four-year college curriculum or university degree OR
*   Two-year college curriculum and one or more years’ experience in office administration or similar position, OR
*   English, written and spoken, advanced level; working knowledge in Turkish is a strong advantage

This role touches all aspects of order-to-cash, from receipt of customer orders through invoices and RMA processing. This role requires a dynamic individual who has a passion to solve problems with numerous stake holders both inside and outside the company.

*   Receive, review, and process revenue and RMA orders in an accurate and efficient manner in accordance with company policies and procedures:
*   Provide timely follow-up with customers regarding order status, delays and delivery issues.
*   Provide customers and sales with open order reports on a weekly basis.
*   Resolve customer problems in a professional and timely manner.
*   Assist finance with account reconciliation, discrepancies and accurate processing of credits and returns
*   Assist sales with account management, queries, quoting, and be the liaison into Operations for Sales.
*   Help document and continuously improve processes that deliver world class service to our customers.
*   Provide cover for vacation time for team members. Participate in a floating schedule for different areas of Sales Operations activities (Loan management: RMA management: New Product backlog management).

**Required qualifications and skills**

• 5 years+ relevant Inside Sales / Customer Service Experience.

• Must be PC Literate – Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

• Must have strong Excel experience – proficiency in vlook up/ pivot tables

• Competent in sales order entry systems and processes.

• Knowledge and experience of logistics, carriers and terms an advantage.

• Analytical, detail oriented, with an emphasis on data integrity and accuracy.

• Ability to organize and prioritise work is a must.

• A talent to succeed in a fast paced, every changing environment with ability to multitask and deliver results.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills.

**Position:** HR Reporting & People Analytics Consultant / Manager (m/f/d) (100% remote Germany) - German & English Langauge required

**About the Role:**

We are seeking a talented **HR Reporting & People Analytics Consultant** / **Manager** to join the Center of Excellence team in a dynamic and forward-thinking organization. This role involves contributing to strategic HR analytics and reporting initiatives while collaborating with international teams.

**Key Responsibilities:**

*   Deliver and enhance regular strategic and operational HR reporting and analytics.
*   Analyze HR structures and costs, contributing to forecasting, simulations, and personnel planning processes.
*   Coordinate with Finance Controlling and global HR analytics teams to align reporting.
*   Assist with financial statements and personnel provisions, supporting budget and job requirement reviews.
*   Lead and participate in HR-related projects focused on reporting, analytics, and process improvement.
*   Collaborate with HR Systems & Digital Solutions teams, attending key user meetings, defining requirements, and ensuring implementation in relevant systems.
*   Provide expert advice on HR reporting and analytics, and manage external inquiries such as official reports and statistics.
*   Update organizational structures and support job evaluations and classifications.

**About You:**

*   Degree in economics, business administration, or a related field with a focus on HR or controlling.
*   Professional experience in HR, particularly in HR reporting or controlling (3+ Years)
*   Knowledge of SAP HCM, particularly in organizational management, personnel cost planning, and evaluation.
*   Familiarity with analytics tools and reporting platforms (e.g., SAP BW, visualization tools) is an advantage - **Tableau (VERY MUCH!) preferred :)**
*   Native-level German and fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
*   Exceptional analytical and conceptual abilities with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work.

This role does require 1 day onsite in Hannover every 3 months weeks, so very flexible and 99% remote.
